We recently discovered a bug in a recent release that resulted in our Automated Lot Breaks feature returning incorrect quantities when used towards new orders being processed. This lead to false stock levels and orders going into backorder when they should not have. We have put in a hotfix to address the issue and reconciled the discrepancies with stock impacted by this. All orders that were impacted have been released from the backorder hold applied towards the SKU impacted by this Automated Lot Breaks bug. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
