Shipwire API returning 500 sporadically

On Monday July 16, 2018 one of our web servers encountered an issue and failed to properly process incoming requests to our Rating/Stock/Order API from around 10:00 AM PST to 11:00 AM PST. This would of resulted in Shipwire returning a 500 error response code from that particular server if the request was routed to it. We have taken the offending server back offline in order to address the issue within it.
