Hello,
This morning, we discovered that some orders had erroneous holds put on them for missing ECCN, HTS, or for failing RPL validation. We discovered that this was due to a misconfiguration between micro services that resulted in this. We have implemented a hot fix for this and our support team are almost finished with removing the holds from the orders that should not have been held.
